Midlands Physio Class Timetable
This Pilates Stretch Therapy Class helps to improve your flexibility, reduce muscle tension and stiffness, and helps promote relaxation. A mixed ability class.
This Introductory Pilates Class is for the complete beginner. It will take you through all the basic Pilates movements and principles.
Strengthen and tone with resistance bands, while assisting you during each movement to maintain good postural positioning, precision and control. Experience required.
